  1. Complicated designs will be charged $10.

  2. Any additional characters will be charged half price each depnding on complexity of the design. (Max. # of characters is 5)

  3. More commission options will be added in the future, depending on how I feel about them.

Copyright

  1. I own the rights to all artwork featured here, and even everything else I drew. I have the right to use any of my work for commercial and personal use, whether it be online galleries, portfolios, or any commercial product.

  2. The commissioner has full rights to use any commissioned art for personal use only, as long as credit is provided.

  3. My art cannot be used for commercial purposes of any form. It also cannot be altered or recoloured in any way without written permission from me.

  4. It is strictly prohibited to use my art for offensive, sexual, or hateful purposes.

  5. My art should never be minted as NFTs. I do not sell my work as NFTs.

Purchasing and Refunds

  1. I use CAD (Canadian Dollar) as my main currency. To avoid underpaying me, it is encouraged that you change that to USD upon paying for a commission.

  2. The use of cryptocurrency (I.e. Bitcoin, Solana, Etherium, etc.) for commission purchases is strictly prohibited.

  3. As purchases are done via Paypal and Ko-fi, you must be 18 or older to purchase commissions from me. Do not commission me if you are still a minor. I strongly discourage people lying about their age.

  4. Purchases should not be done through Friends and Family. Goods and Services must be used instead.

  5. I will charge $5-10 USD if the character's design is medium or complex. I will not draw characters whose designs are too complex for me.

  6. All commission purchases must be made within a week + paid upfront, and all must be done in either Paypal Invoice or Ko-fi. All sales are final.

  7. I am allowed to decline any commissions due to personal reasons.

  8. You are allowed to ask for refunds if you feel that I've taken over a month working on your commission.

  1. I will only open commissions every once in a while, and are only open in limited slots. The amount of slots may vary. Only one slot can be claimed per person.
